Article Snippet: The sections were incubated with polyclonal rabbit antibodies EphA2 (sc‐924, 1:400, 0.5 μg IgG/ml) and EphrinA‐1 (sc‐911, 1:300, 0.7 μg IgG/ml) (both from Santa Cruz Biotechnology Inc., California, USA) for 30 min at room temperature followed by incubation with peroxidase labelled polymer conjugated to goat anti‐rabbit for 30 min. Tissue was stained for 10 min with 3′3‐diaminobenzidine tetrahydrochloride (DAB) and then counterstained with haematoxylin, dehydrated, and mounted in Diatex.
